throughout the years i have been known many names, starting out as an obsessive gaming character fandom-ry username in a final fantasy forum. gradually i was exposed to webdesign in the form of fan-shrines, websites that were dedicated to gaming characters. that was when my interest in webdesign came about, inbetween hunting for new hosts as soon as my current free host started providing ugly intrusive advertisments... in between figuring out html in frontpage... in between discovering layers in photoshop.

my most consistent name was Mig, which i plucked from a storybook character approximately around 2002. she was a witch, and Mig was the character's nickname. it was short, sweet and i loved it.

following that, i was also very well-known by the name Sakkariah, conceived after reading a horror novel that wrote about immortals being buried alive until the end of time. Sakkara is the name of an egyptian town, site of the oldest pyramids. and the word from which i altered to form my name Sakkariah. this unique name i carried over to the games i played (ragnarok online, world of warcraft) as well as forums.

i was obsessed over the game ragnarok online for a year or so, and my first noteworthy character was named Puritania, an assassin on keiRO, a private server where i met many friends. i also created characters, over several private servers, that were called Syonanto (a huntress), by now realising my own penchant for long exotic-sounding names. i also used Syonanto as my deviantart id, which is ~syo. Syonanto is the name japan gave my country singapore during world war ii, it means "land of the rising sun".

understanding my frivolous nature resulted in me naming myself several names over the years of my impatient youth... but listed above are the most notable and long-lasting ones that my identified my repute.
